Non-firearm items
Unused, uninstalled optics, accessories, and apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less shipping. Installed or used items may only be returned for defect exchange under the manufacturer's warranty.
Firearms — before transfer
If your firearm has shipped but not yet transferred at your FFL, you may refuse the transfer and request a return. Return shipping is covered by us for items not matching the listed description; otherwise, shipping is deducted from the refund, along with a restocking fee of 15%.
Firearms — after transfer
Per federal law, firearms cannot be returned once they have transferred from your FFL to you. Please inspect your firearm carefully at the dealer before accepting the transfer. Any mechanical defects are handled directly with the manufacturer under warranty.
NFA items
NFA items (suppressors, SBRs) cannot be returned once Form 4 processing has been submitted to ATF. Prior to submission, NFA item orders may be cancelled for a full refund.
Ammunition
Ammunition is non-returnable.
